As someone who’s both worked in the homebuilding industry and toured the Parade as a community member, I’ve always appreciated what this event brings to Northern Colorado. It’s a unique opportunity to see the creativity, craftsmanship, and care that go into the homes shaping our community.
Through my involvement with the NoCo HBA and partnerships across the industry, I’ve seen firsthand the pride our builders, designers, and trades take in their work. The Parade is a celebration of that effort and a chance for all of us to be inspired by what’s possible in home design.
