Join us for the 2026 Parade of Homes, showcasing the best in new construction across Northern Colorado. The event kicks off at 10 AM on Friday, September 11th, and runs through Sunday, September 13th, until 5 PM. If you can't make it the first weekend, no worries—catch the excitement again on Friday, September 18th, for our second weekend!

This FREE, self-guided tour is open to the public and offers a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of homes, from stunning designs priced at $400,000 to luxurious estates reaching up to $4 million. Whether you're searching for inspiration, looking to buy, or simply love exploring beautiful homes, there's something for everyone!

• Start Early: Begin your tour early in the day to avoid crowds and ensure you have ample time to explore.
