As the proud host of the Parade of Homes, the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Northern Colorado represents more than 300 builders, remodelers, trade contractors, suppliers, developers, and industry professionals dedicated to advancing the residential construction industry throughout our region.
The HBA serves as the voice of the residential construction industry, advocating for policies that support housing opportunities, fostering professional development, and connecting industry leaders through education, collaboration, and community engagement. Through local, state, and national partnerships, we work to address housing challenges, strengthen our workforce, and promote responsible growth that benefits both current and future generations.
