Directions

From I‑25 Northbound:
Take Exit 250 for CO-56 toward Berthoud. At the top of the ramp, turn left (west) onto CO-56 and continue for approximately 7 miles into the town of Berthoud. Once in town, turn left onto CR-17, then right onto Spartan Avenue. Continue to the roundabout and take the second exit to stay on Spartan Avenue. Turn left onto Berthoud Parkway, then right on Bunyan Avenue, and follow signs or Parade of Homes flags to Art Drive. 1385 Art Drive will be on your left.
From I‑25 Southbound:
Take Exit 250 for CO-56 toward Berthoud. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right (west) onto CO-56 and drive approximately 7 miles into Berthoud. Turn left onto CR-17, then right onto Spartan Avenue. At the roundabout, continue straight to stay on Spartan Avenue. Turn left onto Berthoud Parkway, then right on Bunyan Avenue. Follow Parade of Homes signage or directions to Art Drive. 1385 Art Drive will be on your left.
